Text
(a)Unless this chapter, the articles, or the bylaws require a greater vote or voting by class, if a quorum is present, the affirmative vote of a majority of the votes cast is the act of the members.
(b)The articles or bylaws may provide for a greater voting requirement for members than is provided for by this chapter.
(c)An amendment to the articles or bylaws that changes or removes a greater voting requirement shall be adopted by the same vote required to take action under the existing voting requirement prescribed in the provision being amended.
