Text

(a)The articles or bylaws may establish criteria or procedures for admission of members.
(b)No person shall be admitted as a member without his or her consent.
(c)A person is not a member of a corporation for the purposes of this chapter unless the person meets the definition of a member under Code Section 14-3-140 , regardless of whether the corporation designates or refers to the person as a member.
