Subject to the requirements set forth in paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Code Section 14-2-1003 , with respect to the submission of amendments to the articles of incorporation to shareholders; paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Code Section 14-2-1103 , with respect to the submission of a plan of merger or share exchange to shareholders; paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Code Section 14-2-1202 , with respect to the submission of a disposition of assets requiring shareholder approval to shareholders; and paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Code Section 14-2-1402 , with respect to the submission of a proposed dissolution to shareholders, a corporation may agree to submit a matter to a vote of its shareholders regardless of whether the board of directors determines at any time subsequent to
