Text
(a)The articles of organization shall set forth the name of the limited liability company, which name must satisfy the requirements of Code Section 14-11-207 .
(b)The articles of organization may set forth:
(1)That management of the limited liability company is vested in one or more managers; and (2) Any other provisions not inconsistent with law.
