Whenever it shall appear to the division that any person, firm, or corporation or any agent, officer, or director of any person, firm, or corporation has violated any of the provisions of this part, the division, on its own motion or on the verified complaint in writing of any person, may file an equitable petition in its own name in the superior court of any county in this state having jurisdiction of the parties, alleging the facts and praying for a temporary restraining order and temporary injunction or permanent injunction against such person, firm, or corporation, or their agents, officers, and directors, restraining them from violating the provisions of this part.
