§ 10-5-105 — Disclosure on investigations

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Commissioner may disclose to any notifying broker-dealer, investment adviser, or qualified individual the general status or final disposition of any investigation that arose from a report made by the broker-dealer, investment adviser, or qualified individual under this article.
