The purpose of this part shall be to stop the practice of third-party delivery services taking orders for or arranging for the pickup, transportation, or delivery of ready-to-eat food from a food service establishment and from using such establishment's name, likeness, registered trademark, or intellectual property without prior written consent from such establishment.
