§ 10-1-182 — Misbranded brake fluid

A brake fluid shall be deemed to be misbranded: (1) If its labeling is false or misleading in any particular; (2) If in package form it does not bear a label containing the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, seller, or distributor; an accurate statement of quantity of the contents in terms of weight or measure; and the words "brake fluid" and "heavy duty"; and if such information is not plainly and clearly stated on the outside of the package or container.
