Text
Funds from juvenile justice appropriations may be used as funding for juvenile justice purposes that include, but are not limited to, remodeling or renovation of existing facilities, purchase of equipment and furniture, site development, and other necessary and reasonable costs associated with the repair and maintenance of facilities or programs.
