Text
(1)Any service or item manufactured, processed, grown, or produced, in whole or in part, by county prisoners in a county operating under a home rule charter adopted pursuant to ss. 10, 11, and 24, Art. VIII of the State Constitution of 1885, as preserved by s. 6(e), Art. VIII of the State Constitution, and not required for use in the work program may be furnished or sold to any state agency, department, or institution; political subdivision of the state; other state; or agency of the Federal Government within the state or to the public.
(2)Any sale made under this section shall be in accordance with rules established by the governing body of such county.
