Text
Neither chapter 80-71, Laws of Florida, nor chapter 81-24, Laws of Florida, shall be construed to invalidate any prior rule promulgated by the Police Standards and Training Commission or the Correctional Standards Council or the department. Such rules as presently exist shall stay in effect until repealed or amended pursuant to this act.
