Text
This law is remedial and shall be in addition and as a supplement to any and all existing methods of procedure, including reciprocal agreements between this state and any other state for the transfer of persons of unsound mind; and shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
