Text

A person previously convicted of violating s. 831.16 who is again convicted of violating that statute committed after the former conviction on three distinct charges of such offense committed within a 6-month period commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
