Text

Any person who shall obtain any items from retail grocery establishments, or retail poultry, dairy, bakery or any other retail dealers with intent to defraud the owner or keeper thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083; provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply where there has been an agreement in writing for delay in payments.
