Text
Any person who, under contract with an interest holder or operator, performs any labor or furnishes any material or service used or furnished to be used:
(1)In the drilling or operating of any oil or gas well upon the land or leasehold of the interest holder or in the construction of any oil or gas pipeline, or
(2)In the construction of any material so used or employed, whether the labor is performed or the material or service is furnished on or off the said land or leasehold,
shall be entitled to a lien, whether or not a producing well is obtained and whether or not such material is consumed or becomes a part of the completed oil or gas well or oil or gas pipeline, for the amount due him or her for the performance of such labor or the furnishing of such material or service, but in no
