Text
(1)Subject to s. 679.509, a person may add or delete collateral covered by, continue or terminate the effectiveness of, or, subject to subsection (5), otherwise amend the information provided in, a financing statement by filing an amendment that:
(a)Identifies, by its correct file number, if any, the initial financing statement to which the amendment relates, and the name of the debtor and the secured party of record; and (b) If the amendment relates to an initial financing statement filed or recorded in a filing office described in s. 679.5011(1)(a), provides the information specified in s. 679.5021(2), the official records book and page number of the initial financing statement to which the amendment relates, and the name of the debtor and secured party of record.
