In addition to the penalties and other enforcement provisions of this part, if a person, entity, or prepaid health clinic has engaged in any activity prohibited by this part or any rule adopted pursuant to this part, the office may resort to a proceeding for injunction in the circuit court of the county where such person, entity, or prepaid health clinic is located or has her or his or its principal place of business; and the office may apply in such court for such temporary and permanent orders as the office may deem necessary to restrain the person, entity, or prepaid health clinic from engaging in any such activity, until the person, entity, or prepaid health clinic complies with the provisions and rules.
