Text
Nothing in the Florida Insurance Code or this part shall be deemed to authorize any prepaid health clinic to transact any insurance business other than that issuing prepaid health clinic contracts or otherwise to engage in any other type of insurance unless it is authorized under a certificate of authority issued by the office under the provisions of the Florida Insurance Code.
