Text
Except as otherwise ordered by the court or mutually agreed upon by the parties, every judgment or decree entered in any of the courts of this state against any health maintenance organization for the recovery of money shall be fully satisfied within 60 days from and after the entry thereof or, in the case of an appeal from such judgment or decree, within 60 days from and after the affirmance of the same by the appellate court.
