Text
A person who operates as a contractor without a current certificate or who violates any part of this chapter or any rule, decision, order, direction, demand, or requirement of the State Fire Marshal in relation thereto, or any part or provision thereof, may be enjoined by the courts of the state from any such violation or such unauthorized or unlawful contracting at the request of the State Fire Marshal, the board, or any resident or taxpayer of the state.
