Text

No individual health insurance policy providing coverage on an expense-incurred basis or individual service or indemnity-type contract issued by a nonprofit corporation, of any kind or description, shall be issued unless coverage provided for any service performed in an ambulatory surgical center, as defined in s. 395.002, is provided if such service would have been covered under the terms of the policy or contract as an eligible inpatient service.
