Mandatory health benefits regulated under this chapter are not intended to apply to the types of health benefit plans listed in s. 627.6513(1)-

(14), issued in any market, unless specifically designated otherwise. For purposes of this section, the term “mandatory health benefits” means those benefits set forth in ss. 627.6401-627.64193, and any other mandatory treatment or health coverages or benefits enacted on or after July 1, 2012.
