Text

(1)Upon suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew or continue any one license of a licensee, or upon suspension or revocation of eligibility to hold a license or appointment, the department shall at the same time likewise suspend or revoke all other licenses, appointments, or status of eligibility held by the licensee or appointee under this code.
(2)In case of the suspension or revocation of license and appointments of any general lines agent, or in case of suspension or revocation of eligibility, the license and appointments of any other agents who are members of such agency, whether incorporated or unincorporated, and any customer representatives employed by such agency, who knowingly are parties to the act which formed the ground for the suspension or revocation may likewise be su
