(1)The authority shall fix and revise from time to time rates, fees, rentals, tolls, or other charges for the use of each project or for the services and facilities furnished thereby and charge and collect the same. Such rates, fees, rentals, tolls, or other charges shall be so fixed and adjusted, in respect of the aggregate of rates, fees, rentals, tolls, or other charges from the project or projects for which bonds are issued, as to provide a fund sufficient, together with any other special funds pledged therefor as provided in this part, to pay the cost of maintaining, repairing, and operating such project or projects and the principal of, and interest on, the revenue bonds as the same shall become due and to provide reserves for such purposes, and to make all such other payments requi
