Text
A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state that converts to a domestic corporation or another domestic eligible entity that is organized, incorporated, registered, or otherwise formed through the delivery of a record to the department for filing is deemed to have withdrawn its certificate of authority on the effective date of the conversion.
