In addition to the remedies provided in this part and notwithstanding the existence of any adequate remedy at law, the department is authorized to make application for injunction to a circuit judge, and such circuit judge shall have jurisdiction upon a hearing for cause shown to grant a temporary or permanent injunction, or both, restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any provisions of this part or from failing or refusing to comply with the requirements of this part or any rule adopted hereunder, such injunction to be issued without bond.
