Text
License application fees, license renewal fees, late payment penalties, civil penalties, administrative fines, and other fees, costs, or penalties provided for in this chapter shall be paid directly to the office, which shall deposit such proceeds into the Regulatory Trust Fund and use the proceeds to pay the costs of the office as necessary to carry out its responsibilities under this chapter.
