Text
The Public Service Commission shall submit a biennial report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, concurrent with the report required by s. 366.82(10), beginning in 1990. Such report shall include an evaluation of the effectiveness of these standards on energy conservation in this state.
