Text
The department shall, no earlier than 2 years after adoption of new or revised standards and no later than 4 years after adoption of new or revised standards, review and if warranted by the department update the standards established by this part. Revisions to the standards established by this part shall be based upon the department’s determination that revised energy conservation levels are cost-effective to the majority of the users and shall include consideration of the expected life of the covered product.
