Text
Consistent with the federal implementation of the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design, buildings and facilities in this state may be designed in conformity with the 2010 standards if the design also complies with Florida-specific requirements provided in this part until the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction is updated to implement the changes to this part as provided by this act.
