Text

An action for damages or injunctive or declaratory relief for a violation of this act may be brought by any purchaser against an offeror, a trustee, a salesperson, or a tour generator. The prevailing party in the action may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the losing party. Relief under this section does not exclude other remedies provided by law.
