Text

Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 497.380, any licensed establishment operating a branch chapel on June 30, 1979, in accordance with the law then in effect, as determined by the licensing authority, may continue to operate such branch chapel for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing and holding funeral services.
