Text

The board, by rule, may establish fees to be paid for applications, examination, reexamination, licensing and renewal, delinquency, reinstatement, and recordmaking and recordkeeping. The examination fee shall be in an amount that covers the costs of obtaining and administering the examination and shall be refunded if the applicant is found ineligible to sit for the examination. The application fee is nonrefundable. The combined fees for initial application and examination may not exceed $800 plus the actual per applicant cost to the department for purchase of portions of the examination from the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards or a similar national organization. The biennial renewal fee may not exceed $600. The delinquency fee may not exceed the biennial renewal fee
