Text
(1)A license or certification may not be issued under this part to a corporation, partnership, firm, or group. However, an appraiser licensed or certified under this part may provide an appraisal report for or on behalf of a corporation, partnership, firm, or group, if the report is prepared by, or under the personal direction of, such appraiser and is reviewed and signed by her or him.
(2)The term “state-registered trainee appraiser,” “state-licensed appraiser,” or “state-certified appraiser” may only be used to refer to an individual who is registered, licensed, or certified under this part and may not be used following or immediately in connection with the name or signature of a corporation, partnership, firm, or group, or in such manner that it could be interpreted as implying regis
