Text

(1)An order revoking or suspending the license of a broker shall automatically cause the licenses of all sales associates and broker associates registered with the broker, and, if a partnership or corporation, of all members, officers, and directors thereof to become involuntarily inactive, while the license of the broker is inoperative or until new employment or connection is secured.
(2)The commission may publish and distribute in such manner and form as it may prescribe any of its final orders or decisions made under this chapter, after they become final by lapse of time or upon affirmance on appeal, or opinions of appellate courts for the guidance of registrants and the public; and it may publish or withhold from publication the names and addresses of any parties concerned.
