Text
Subject to the approval of the board with the concurrence of the department, the board may expend excess moneys from the Auctioneer Recovery Fund to fund publications that provide:
(1)Information concerning the board’s activities and administrative rulings.
(2)Distribution of laws, rules, and educational information concerning the practice of auctioneering.
