Text
The practice of radiologic technology or the performance of the duties of a radiologist assistant in violation of this part, or the performance of any act prohibited in this part, is declared a nuisance inimical to the public health, safety, and welfare of this state. In addition to other remedies provided in this part, the department, or any state attorney in the name of the people of this state, may bring an action for an injunction to restrain such violation until compliance with the provisions of this part and the rules adopted pursuant to this part has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the department.
