Text
As used in part II, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning:
(1)“Migrant labor camp” means those migrant labor camps as defined in s. 381.008(5).
(2)“Office” means the Executive Office of the Governor.
(3)The term “migrant laborer” has the same meaning as migrant or seasonal farm worker as defined in s. 316.003.
