(1)WORK ACTIVITIES. — The Department of Commerce may develop activities under each of the following categories of work activities. The following categories of work activities, based on federal law and regulations, may be used individually or in combination to satisfy the work requirements for a participant in the temporary cash assistance program:
(a)Unsubsidized employment.
(b)Subsidized private sector employment.
(c)Subsidized public sector employment.
(d)On-the-job training.
(e)Community service programs.
(f)Work experience.
(g)Job search and job readiness assistance.
(h)Vocational educational training.
(i)Job skills training directly related to employment.
(j)Education directly related to employment.
(k)Satisfactory attendance at a secondary school or in a course of study l
