Text
Any person entitled to compensation benefits by reason of the injury or death of an employee of the state, its boards, bureaus, departments, agencies, or subdivisions employing labor, may maintain proceedings and actions at law against the state, its boards, bureaus, departments, agencies, and subdivisions, for such benefit, said proceedings and action at law to be in the same manner as provided herein with respect to other employers.
