Text
The Deputy Chief Judge, judges of compensation claims, and employees of the department shall be reimbursed for travel expenses as provided in s. 112.061. Such expenses shall be sworn to by the person who incurred the same and shall be allowed and paid as provided in s. 440.50 upon the presentation of vouchers therefor approved by the director of the Division of Administrative Hearings or the department, whichever is applicable.
