Text
Should career service employees of the Department of Children and Families be subject to layoff after July 1, 1995, due to the privatization of public assistance overpayment recovery functions, the privatization contract shall require the contracting firm to give priority consideration to employment of such employees. In addition, a task force composed of representatives from the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Management Services shall be established to provide reemployment assistance to such employees.
