Text
The division is authorized to utilize for purposes of this law, and for matching any federal funds which may be available for similar rehabilitation purposes, any funds appropriated or allotted to the division. The division is authorized to accept such gifts and refunds as may be made unconditionally or as are not burdened with conditions inconsistent with the purposes of this part.
