Text
The division, in administering a program to provide independent living services to persons who have significant disabilities, shall be authorized, contingent upon available funding, to:
(1)Employ necessary personnel and consultants.
(2)Contract with any public or private entity, including centers for independent living, to provide independent living services in accordance with the state plan for independent living.
