Text
The right of a person who has a disability to any of the benefits under this part is not transferable or assignable, and any benefits, including money, goods, or chattels received under this part, are exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes and from sale under the process of any court, except for obligations contracted for the purchase of such property.
