Text

It is the intent of the Legislature that the provisions of this part not conflict with any federal statute or implementing regulation governing federal grant-in-aid programs administered by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Wherever such a conflict is asserted by the applicable agency of the Federal Government, the Department of Education shall submit to the United States Department of Education, or other applicable federal agency, a request for a favorable policy interpretation of the conflicting portions.
