(1)Within 7 days after the filing of an application, the department shall provide the applicant and the Division of Administrative Hearings the names and addresses of those affected or other agencies entitled to notice and copies of the application and any amendments.
(2)Within 7 days after completeness has been determined, the department shall prepare a schedule of dates for submission of statements of issues, determination of sufficiency, and submittal of final reports from affected and other agencies and other significant dates to be followed during the certification process, including dates for filing notices of appearance to be a party pursuant to s. 403.9411(4).
