Nothing in ss. 403.75-403.769 and s. 526.01, as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, shall prohibit the department from regulating used oil in a manner consistent with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, or as a hazardous waste in a manner consistent with s. 241 of the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984, Pub.
