Text

(1)Any person who:
(a)Uses or attempts to use a certificate, license, or permit that has been suspended, revoked, or terminated;
(b)Practices or holds himself or herself out as an emergency medical technician, paramedic, or ambulance driver without being so certified;
(c)Knowingly conceals information relating to violations of this part; or (d) Knowingly makes false or fraudulent claims to procure, attempt to procure, or renew a certificate, license, or permit is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(2)Whoever willfully and with intent to defraud obtains or attempts to obtain services from a licensee is guilty of:
(a)A misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, for the first offens
