Text
An applicant for a person’s emergency admission, the person’s spouse or guardian, or a law enforcement officer may deliver a person named in the professional’s certificate for emergency admission to a hospital or a licensed detoxification facility or addictions receiving facility for emergency assessment and stabilization.
